Announcing Collectors Night 2, Sept 15, 2026!

Collectors Night is back!

We’re thrilled to be returning to the Narragansett Brewery Tap Room in Providence, Rhode Island for an evening of amateur archives, curious collections, and treasured trash. Browse beautiful glass insulators collected by two best friends under 10. Explore the history of novelty weather prediction tools like hygroscope postcards, dolls, and other objects coated in the inorganic compound cobalt chloride. Garfields are coming back, too. So many of them.

To get a sense of what to expect, take a look at this recap. Note the original name for this was Public Disclosure; we’ve decided to be a bit more direct and got the all-clear from City Reliquary, the Brooklyn-based cultural staple that started it all.

Based on the first years’ success, the brewery is graciously offering us a few more tables—but space is already filling up! If you have an interesting collection and want to share it with the world, please email Ben Sisto via ben.sisto@gmail.com ASAP.

Please note this is NOT a sales event or market. Its more of a show-and-tell with beers and nachos. We’re looking for collections that fall a bit outside conventional collector faire—no diss to philatelist; my grandfather was a philatelist! We’re just more into erotic cookbooks or potato chips that look like Mos Eisley Cantina regulars than we are say, rare coins.

Participation Notes

  • There is no cost to participate

  • This event is photographed; you and your collection would be, by default

  • There’s no storage for boxes and cases; you’ll have to place stuff under or behind your table

  • OPEN and the brewery are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. This is an all ages event where you oversee your own table and items, including if people are allowed to touch things or not.

  • This event is a partial fundraiser for OPEN. We will have some donation cards out, but there is no cost for the public to attend.

  • OPEN will provide signage for your table with a brief description as provided by you. We may need to edit for brevity but will keep the core idea intact.

Sign up today! Email ben.sisto@gmail.com to be considered!
