OPEN’s Work
In our main space at 50 Sims, we host around a dozen exhibitions annually, plus special projects and occasional live events. We also house several collections of small objects and ephemera. If you’d like to propose a project, please head over to the project proposal form.
OPEN and the PPL
Providence Public Library, in partnership with AS220, OPEN, and the City of Providence’s Department of Art, Culture and Tourism, has formed a curatorial collaboration to activate and sustain the library’s gallery spaces during a period of transition. The PPL proposal form is here.
OPEN and 50 Sims
OPEN is helping build systems, processes, and strategies to highlight 50 Sims’ tenant projects, to host engaging events, and to share space with the public. Proposals for small public or private community-centric programs should be directed to events@50sims.com.
OPEN and Gallery Night
OPEN is partnering with Gallery Night Providence to bring Walking Tours to Valley for a limited run, August through November 2026. Learn more here.
