The Studios
Too many to list them all here! Open Valley will feature artists and programs based out of 50 Sims, Acorn Studios, Make Do Studios, Nicholson File Art Studios, Potato Palace, The Steel Yard, Tate Studios, and more! To the south, spots run up Harris Ave and around to Atwells—we’ll have a full map ready before the event.
The Team
Locally, Open Valley is being built by Ben Sisto, an artist in Providence who works on projects like OPEN and Awesome Foundation Rhode Island. Open Valley is an initiative of 50 Sims, a 113,000 sq ft historic manufacturing facility that is being thoughtfully transformed into a space for work and play, supporting a diversity of use and scale.
