Join RISCA for “Mix & Mingle: Artists/Creatives” at OPEN on January 21st!

OPEN is pleased to welcome our good friends at the Rhode Island State Council for the Arts or, RISCA as you might know them. RISCA invites all to join for an evening of creative connections and community building; open to artists, creatives, and anyone interested in working in the arts. On display will be an interactive installation by Providence-based artist Tori Hong.
