OPEN is closed Jan 30 in solidary with Minnesota

With guidance from artists lexi welch and Tori Hong, OPEN closed for Friday, January 30, 2026. We went down to the State House and marched in solidarity with Minnesota and in support of the General Strike. We apologize to folks who may have planned a visit for final day For the Time Beings is up. While downtown we installed a couple of signs, and were inspired by the absolutely massive crowd that turned out despite freezing weather, snow-packed sidewalks, and it being mid-day. Providence is full of the best people!
