On Saturday November 14, 2026, we’ll be listening to the music of Wendy Carlos from about noon to 10:00 PM. To be clear, this is not a concert—we’re simply listening to prerecorded music. A modest, browsable display of physical media will be on loan from artist / educator Erik DeLuca; please handle with care. We have 50 folding chairs you can move around the room; feel free to bring your own.
While November 14 is Wendy’s birthday, she’s not involved with the event. We’re just a few people who enjoy her music, and also free public events in and around Providence, Rhode Island. RSVP is optional but encouraged; it helps us know how to best plan.
Some notes on the space. OPEN is ground-floor at 50 Sims. The restrooms are ADA compliant, and there’s a water filling station. Across the street, our friends at The Steel Yard are hosting Iron Pour from 12pm-4pm. You should go to that, also.
