OPEN is Building

The team at Scout / 50 Sims is hard at work helping bring OPEN to life. We asked for a specific amount of square feet, four walls, and some kind of door—they did up the rest. If all goes well, we’ll be moving things in sometime this June.

Above: This is what OPEN looks like as of 9:35 AM on Wednesday April 30, 2025. This is the view as seen from the Sims Ave doors, looking inward to the building. Eventually, it will have white interior walls to display things on, and the exterior will be a wavy blue metal that happens to be on brand for both 50 Sims and our project. There is no ceiling. The ceiling is open.
